Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of BP Kitchen Equipment.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from BP Kitchen Equipment.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, BP Kitchen Equipment will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper refurbishment, workmanship, material or shipping disruptions upon receiving the product under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

BP Kitchen Equipment will repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from BP Kitchen Equipment is 180 days (6 months) from delivery of purchased product.

A replacement Physical Good or Part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, lack of maintenance or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

  • any problem that is caused by improper use or treatment of the Product, either by our standards or the manufacturer's standards

  • any problem arising from other services related to a well-functioning Product sold, such as network setup or 3rd party integrations

  • any Product purchased from BP Kitchen Equipment that has not had its warranty initiated within the specified timeframe via our Warranty Submission Form

  • any Product purchased from BP Kitchen Equipment with incorrect, fraudulent or inaccurate information submitted in a completed Warranty Submission Form

  • any Product purchased from other manufacturers or sources other than BP Kitchen Equipment

What do you have to do?

You, the customer and/or user of any product sold by BP Kitchen Equipment, must first initiate your warranty via our Warranty Initiation Form within a fourteen day time period (link) after receiving your equipment with all information requested accurately. Failure to do so may result in the Products warranty void and any warranty claim being denied.

Should the need arise to submit a warranty claim after activating your warranty, submit a warranty claim via our Warranty Submission Form (link) with the accurate information requested.
