At BP Kitchen Equipment, we stand behind the quality of the equipment we sell. Every item is inspected, tested, and prepared with care before it leaves our shop. Because we sell commercial equipment that is freight shipped and prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept general returns.

Accepted Returns

If an item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning from a functional standpoint, please submit your warranty initation form stating the item is damaged as soon as possible. We will review the situation and determine the best solution.

If the issue is confirmed, BP Kitchen Equipment will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the problem according to the terms of your warranty or the specific circumstances of the order.

We fully reserve the right to repair or replace your equipment before offering any form of return or refund to you. If we are unable to provide a solution that results in you receiving the item you purchased, you are entitled to a refund upon receipt of the damaged or malfunctioning equipment.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment before signing for delivery whenever possible. If visible damage is present, note the damage with the freight carrier and take photos of the crate, packaging, and equipment before unpacking further.

Damage must be reported to BP Kitchen Equipment promptly so we can assist with the freight claim process.

No Exchanges or Trade-Ins
