Warranty

All refurbished and open-box new products sold by BP Kitchen Equipment are backed by our 6-month limited warranty (180 days from the date of delivery).

Warranties must be initiated 14 days from the date of delivery.

If your equipment experiences any functional issues due to defects in materials or workmanship related to our refurbishment process, we will repair or replace the equipment at no cost to you. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality equipment—and to stand behind the work we do.

This warranty reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and the confidence we have in every product we deliver.
