All of our refurbished scales include well working used OEM printers with no bad cells. All thermal printers are considered expendable parts with a lifespan and will eventually need to be replaced. This part normally costs around $330 from Hobart before any other service/labor costs. You can upgrade from a used printer to a new one with this option. We will install a brand new printhead in the scale before sending it out to you.
