All of BP’s refurbished Bizerba GSP Slicers include a 120-day warranty that backs our high standard of quality. Each slicer goes through our rigorous 68 point checklist which includes:
Being tested for all properly functioning parts and replaced if malfunctioning.
All safety mechanisms re-calibrated for user safety.
All moving parts have been oiled or greased.
Slicing thickness is calibrated within .5mm
The blade is guaranteed to have a minimum of 66% of it’s lifespan left.
Being sharpened according to manufacturer spec.
Bizerba automatic slicers are capable of slicing anything to 1/32”-15/16” thick either manually or automatically. Automatic portion scale models include the automatic function for the user to safely slice product while managing other tasks in the kitchen, but also give the user the ability to slice until an ideal weight is achieved or slice a set amount of product (ex. 100 slices of meat) as well as access to menus for cleaning and sharpening.
The cosmetic condition of this slicer is in fair condition, there are significant scratches and wear marks on the surface, please see photos. The cosmetic condition does not affect the function of this slicer.
