We stand behind our work. This scale is backed by a 6-month warranty that covers functionality and performance. If anything isn’t working as it should, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. Warranties must be initiated within 14 days of equipment delivery.
📦 Custom Freight Crating for Safe Delivery
Every slicer is carefully packed in a custom-built, fully insured crate for secure freight shipping. We take extra steps to ensure your equipment arrives clean, protected, and ready to use.
Shipping Information
All orders are packaged weekly on Wednesdays. Carriers pickup packages on Thursdays. Shipping times are approximately 3-5 business days.
Freight shipping is a standard $350. There is an addition $50 charge if you do not have a lift gate, and an additional $150 charge if you are not delivering to a commercial address.
Each additional slicer costs $150 for shipping.
